Do I have to be in Dar es Salaam to use it?

No. ReguTrack is cloud-based and works anywhere you have data, 3G/4G/5G or Wi-Fi. Our support team covers Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya, Tanga, Zanzibar and any region on request.

Can I pay in Tanzanian Shillings?

Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billable in TZS via mobile money or bank transfer, or USD by international card / bank wire.

How fast can we go live?

Small business: 3–5 working days. Medium business: 2–3 weeks. Enterprise multi-entity rollouts: 6–10 weeks including training and historical data migration.

Does it integrate with Tally, QuickBooks, SAP or my payroll system?

Yes. We integrate with Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, Odoo, Xero, SAP Business One, custom ERPs and most Tanzanian payroll systems via API or CSV.

Can my external auditor see only what they need?

Yes. The Auditor role gives read-only access to the audit pack and evidence repository for a fixed window. No risk of exposing internal data.
